    Once you are happy with the plans, we’ll submit them to the council, dealing with any queries.

  • 4. Building Regulations

    Once planning is approved, we’ll prepare and submit a set of detailed drawings for building control approval.

  • We arrange for a surveyor to carry out a measured survey of your property - after this we will work with you over Zoom or Teams - sharing our screens to discuss and sketch over the designs

  • If you’re making changes to the exterior of your property, most likely you will need to notify your local council. Even if a project falls under permitted development - we recommend getting a lawful development certificate
