Our Process

  • 1. Measured Survey

    We’ll arrange for a measured and photographic survey of your home to be carried out.

  • 2. Design

    We’ll then draw up the plans incorporating your requirements. We’ll go back and forth until you are satisfied with the design.

  • 3. Planning Permission

    Once you are happy with the plans, we’ll submit them to the council, dealing with any queries.

  • 4. Building Regulations

    Once planning is approved, we’ll prepare and submit a set of detailed drawings for building control approval.

  • A measured survey records the existing measurements of your home. We arrange for a measured survey to be carried out by expert measured surveyors who use commercial grade laser equipment - far more accurate then a bloke with a tape measure!

    Accurate measurements of your property are essential to avoid costly mistakes in the planning or construction stage.

  • We arrange for a surveyor to carry out a measured survey of your property - after this we will work with you over Zoom or Teams - sharing our screens to discuss and sketch over the designs

  • If you’re making changes to the exterior of your property, most likely you will need to notify your local council. Even if a project falls under permitted development - we recommend getting a lawful development certificate
